Yes I am talking about 90's era when all popluar names (Wasim, Waqar, Inzi, Miandad, Saeed anwar etc) were on their peak. They beat india by their masterclass and skills, unlike now Pakistani cricket team who just want to beat india without beating them with their skills. Pakistan had Players who won matches single handedly many times vs all nations just because of their peak level skills which current players are lacking. Pakistan was just not able to beat India in any World Cup match, yeah that is absolutely right. This is the argument that every Indian fan does when asked about beating Pakistan in cricket matches. But on the same time it's also true that Pakistan won 70 One day international matches while India only managed to win 50 (including world cup games).
Slowly with the retirement of all big names, downfall of Pakistani team was started and team was really disturbed in opening, middle order, lower order and also in bowling department. Now with all respect to Pakistani team, they are far behind from current Indian Cricket team in terms of skills, game situation observation, Run chase obviously, fielding, batting and almost everything. It's a fact now that current Indian players work so hard on their fitness and skills that are most important part of every sportsmen. I wish Pakistani players also start doing same again like Wasim, Waqar and Imran, and give good competitive matches to every India-Pakistan rivalry lover.
